Cody Webb was crowned the AMA Endurocross National Champion in Ontario, Calif., on Nov. 18, after winning the seventh and final round of the AMA Endurocross National Championship Series.

The main event win did not come easy for Webb after a crash put him back in fifth place.

Webb worked his way through the pack to take the lead from Ty Tremaine after a bobble slowed Tremaine in the No Joke Lane.

After putting a gap between himself and the rest of the field, Webb took the checkered flag and the championship.

Tremaine crossed the finish line in second place and finished third overall in the championship series points.
