To the Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club for donating 600 reusable masks to teachers in Clarksville, Tenn., as schools there began the fall semester under coronavirus restrictions.
Down
To the attorneys for trucker Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, who stands accused of several crimes in connection with a 2019 crash that killed seven motorcyclists in New Hampshire. Zhukovskyy’s lawyers claimed that some of his statements regarding drug use and his actions should be excluded from his trial because they came after he said he did not want to answer any more questions. A judge denied the motion on Oct. 14, ruling that Zhukovskyy’s Miranda rights were not violated.
