To the Saginaw County (Mich.) Prosecutor’s Office for refusing to file charges against a driver who rear-ended a motorcyclist, causing the rider’s death. Prosecutor John McColgan Jr. said he declined to charge the car driver because rider Todd Terry Jr. was not wearing a helmet and the sun was in the car driver’s eyes. Helmets are not required for adults 21 years and older under Michigan law.

To the thieves who rammed a vehicle into Tampa Bay Power Sports in Tampa, Fla., and made off with seven dirt bikes valued at $38,000. The perpetrators also damaged several motorcycles by pushing them over.
