Lisa Malachowsky picks up AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame raffle bike
Ural Sidecar Rig Set Up For Adventure
Lisa Malachowsky was looking forward to new adventures when she picked up her 2017 Ural Gear-Up Adventure Together Edition on April 24.
The winner of the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame raffle bike made the trip from Apex, N.C., to the AMA campus in Pickerington, Ohio, to take delivery.
Malachowsky was selected as at the 2018 American Honda AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Dec. 7.
On hand for the delivery were brothers Corey and Casey Wilkinson of Good Spark Garage in Indianapolis, who helped outfit the special edition Ural.
Before Malachowsky loaded the Ural onto her trailer, the Wilkinsons coached her on how to operate a sidecar rig.
The sidecar rig was set up and dialed in by one of the nation’s top Ural sales and service dealerships, Heindl Engineering, of Eaton, Ohio.
Tickets are now available for other AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame’s raffle bikes. All proceeds go to the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation, a nonprofit that raises money for the Hall of Fame.
