To the ATV riders who were illegally crossing the salmon spawning area on Kodiak Island in Alaska. The Alaska Department of Fish and Game warned residents and visitors, saying no permits were granted for legal crossings in Anton Larsen Bay.

To the landowner in Oregon who strung a steel cable across an access road and failed to clearly mark where public property ended. Russel Davidson II died in 2018 after riding his motorcycle into the cable. Davidson’s family has sued the landowner for $2.3 million. The case remains open.

To the state of Montana for its special Chrome for Kids motorcycle license plate, which has raised $24,000 for nonprofit organizations that grant wishes to ill Montana children. The Chrome for Kids Wish Fund program accepts money from organizations to help chronically or critically ill children.
