A 28-mile stretch of single track trail is planned for Santa Cruz County, Ariz., for use by motorcyclists, hikers and mountain bikers.

The Tumacaori Red Springs Single-track Trail System would be in the Coronado National Forest near Amado, Ariz., according to the U.S. Forest Service webpage.

The new single track would link to existing Forest Service roads, with access from National Forest System Road 684.

The project is undergoing environmental analysis, but Forest Service personnel are targeting a 2018 opening date.
