Longtime Motorcycle Rights Advocate Passes
Bill Kaeppner Was Active On Local, State, National Scene
AMA Life Member, AMA Congressman, chartered club president, event organizer, advocate, donor and patron, and motorcyclist Bill Kaeppner passed away on June 19. Mr. Kaeppner, a U.S. Marine who actively served in the 1960s, defended the rights of motorcyclists for decades. Over the years, he created opportunities to ride on private property for thousands of motorcyclists. Mr. Kaeppner supported the AMA personally and through organizations he founded and ran. His contributions to the sport were significant and lasting.
