Action Rentals is seeking a land-use license from the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation to develop an ATV track with trails and a camping area on 11.5 acres of state trust land in the Stillwater State Forest near Olney, Mont.

The track and trail would be open to customers who rent equipment and to the general public, for a fee, the Daily Inter Lake reported. The track also would be used for special events, with approval from the Stillwater Unit of the state forest.

Action Rentals also is interested in hosting ATV rider safety courses.
